Celtic may be studied at undergraduate level with another language or along with another subject. The course is designed to be manageable for beginners and to allow students to concentrate either on Irish or Welsh, or to study both together. The main teaching on the language side focuses on Welsh. The range of options for the second and final degree years is more extensive on the medieval side. Medieval Irish and Welsh may also be studied together so as to offer a grounding in the two main medieval Celtic literatures. More Information | |
