Description

Celtic Studies is offered as part of a degree in Celtic Civilisation, within the Department of Celtic. The teaching and research work of the staff covers the ancient, medieval and modern periods in three Celtic languages, Scottish Gaelic, Irish, and Welsh, with primary interests in Scottish Gaelic and Irish language and literature, and in medieval Celtic literatures and history.
