Description

Celtic Studies is taught within the Department of Celtic and Scottish Studies, which also offers a degree in Scottish Ethnology and joint honours combinations. Language and literature courses are taught in Modern Irish, Earlier Irish and Scottish Gaelic and Earlier Welsh. Modern and Earlier Irish may be taken as a minor element of a degree, and Earlier Irish may also be studied at postgraduate Masters or doctoral level.Scottish Gaelic is offered as a minor element of a degree, and at full undergraduate degree and postgraduate Masters level. Modern and Earlier Welsh can be studied at doctoral level, and Earlier Welsh may be studied at Masters level.
