Description |
Sabhal Mòr Ostaig is Scotland’s only college of further and higher education providing courses taught solely through the medium of Scottish Gaelic. Irish is offered. Students in their final degree year have the opportunity to spend a semester in Nova Scotia in Canada or in Ireland. The exchange programmes present an opportunity for students to gain a more substantial understanding about the people, geography and history of their area of study, and to draw comparisons with the Gael of Scotland. A diploma course in television and multi media is also offered on a full-time basis. |
